The professional network for power market modelling was established spring 2023, with the aim of improving collaboration, share knowledge and develop good practice within power market modelling, and contribute towards an industry standard in a modeling framework. Membership in the network is free of charge and non-binding, and open for professionals across the field of power market modelling.
The overarching topic of the first network meeting is Price volatility in hydro-dominated power systems, with topics of high relevance for those working on modeling of the Nordic power market. The invited speakers are experts in the field of power market modelling from different perspectives.
Time and place
The meeting will take place September 14, 2023 at 12-16 in Oslo. More details will be distributed to the participants after registration.
